Lenovo Yoga Book Review
Lenovo is known for its innovative and cool design. Yoga is a product series which has all the 2 in 1 laptops. Most of them can be flipped or separated and they double up as a tablet. Lenovo recently launched Yoga book and it is priced at a very competitive price. In this article, we have reviewed the Lenovo Yoga Book for you so that you can make your buying decision.
Physical Appearance of the Laptop
Yoga Book is really compact and it has a matte black finish. The laptop handles quite well as the body is not slippery though the body is prone to scratches and it is not as thin as iPad are. The power button is located on the right along with the volume buttons. The laptop is easy to convert to a tablet by simply turning the screen around. There is no actual keyboard on the laptop and rather it has a feature called create pad. This works like a keyboard but the keys can’t be pressed like in atraditional keyboard. It is basically a touch-sensitive keyboard.
Performance of the Laptop
Talking about the performance, the performance of the laptop is good but it can be sometimes difficult to use the stylus on the creative pad. The digitalization of the strokes on the creative pad works really well and it has no competitor in that sense. We didn’t experience any lag while loading the applications but there is a problem with the connectivity as the options for connectivity are quite restricted. The typing on this laptop also takes getting used to and it is actually impossible for this laptop to replace a normal laptop which can be used in day to day life. The speakers also performed well and the battery gave a decent backupfor about 5 hours.
Price, Specification, and Final Verdict
Yoga Book has only 1 Micro USB port and that works as a charging port as well as a connecting port. There is also a Micro HDMI port on the laptop. Another advantage of the Yoga Book is that it is possible to connect micro SD and a Nano SIM to the laptop. Yoga Book also has two cameras and one of them is 2 Mega-Pixel and the other one is 8 Mega Pixel. The tablet also has a stylus on it and it works on the creative pad. Yoga Book has Atom x5-Z8550 processor and it is clocked at 2.4 GHz. The laptop also has an integrated graphics card. The processor is complemented by 4GB RAM and it as 64GB of storage.
The Yoga Book is priced at Rs 49990 but as per our final verdict, the Yoga Bookcan’t replace a laptop but the design of the laptop is really futuristic which can help the laptop in gaining popularity. Another point of concern is that if you are looking for a tablet then you may get aniPad pro in the same price range. Hence the final decision depends on your preference.
